In the shadow of food lobbies, junk food has insinuated itself into our lives, insidiously undermining the health of humanity. Industrial products high in sugars, saturated fats and chemical additives have invaded our plates, fueling a silent epidemic of chronic diseases and metabolic disorders. The financial interests of food lobbies are holding back progress towards healthier and more ethical eating. They manipulate public opinion, influence policies and promote harmful products to maximize their profits, at the expense of the health of millions of people. In terms of intestinal flora, junk food wreaks havoc. Processed foods unbalance the microbiota, weakening the immune system and promoting chronic inflammation. The consequences impact mental and physical health, contributing to the rise of disorders such as anxiety, depression and obesity. Yet the risks of junk food go beyond individual health concerns. They threaten the sustainability of the planet by encouraging intensive monoculture, deforestation and pollution. Industrial agriculture promotes the loss of biodiversity and accentuates climate change, endangering the ecological balance of the Earth. Faced with this crisis, humanity must become aware of the urgency of a profound food transformation. It is time to break the chains of lobbies and return to a natural, diversified and environmentally friendly diet. By cultivating a healthy relationship with food, favoring local and organic products, we can restore our health and preserve the health of the planet for future generations.

I claim it with a rage, that which is born from my deep love for God, from my freedom of spirit and from my discovery of truths hidden for too long.
My faith transcends boundaries and prejudices, providing refuge from the storms of life. It is an infinite source of inspiration, a promise of love and compassion that guides my every step.
About me
Every day I rise to face a world that seems to be moving further away from its own humanity. I see man transforming into a repulsive creature, devoid of compassion, crushing everything in his path in his quest for power and profit. It is a heavy weight to bear, this daily suffering of seeing our society sink into inhumanity.
Each glance we meet reveals a little more the loss of soul, the disappearance of this glimmer of humanity which made our interactions precious. But in the midst of this chaos, I refuse to give up. I carry within me a flame of hope, one that persists despite everything, believing in the possibility of change, however small, towards a more just and compassionate world.
