*** PCO : The selling price for commercial use is the amount you have to pay to use the work for profit. This includes uses such as promoting products or services, inclusion in advertisements, or any other form of exploitation where the work contributes to generating revenue.
Copyright and applicable penalties
Faced with counterfeits of my works on various e-commerce platforms, I was forced to put in place a strict system of financial sanctions in the event of theft. I had no other choice and I assure you that I will do everything possible to ensure that these sanctions are rigorously applied. The law specifies that copyright is acquired without formalities, by the very fact of the creation of the work. All creations of an artist are therefore protected from the day the artist created them, regardless of:
- The form of expression (written or oral form, in fact the way in which the work is communicated to the public).
- The genre (i.e. the category of work, for example a painting, a novel or a photograph)
- Merit (i.e. the talent or genius of the author)- The destination (i.e. whether the work is a purely artistic creation or applied art).
